These salads where absolutely wonderful. I think adding some pasta in a salad can be a great way to enhance it and it tastes delicious!

with cold Roasted vegetables & Radicchio, cremini mushrooms, tomatoes and radishes
The salad at the bottom of this blog page was delicious! I added some cold roasted mini potatoes to the salad and it was a stroke of genius!
