 As you can see by now, I really love creating dishes that are colourful.

 I dont know for sure why I enjoy cooking in this manner; however, I can say that the result is pretty delicious!

     

My AGA Demonstration

In the left picture is my;  AGA Pizza, my trade mark rainbow trout dish, and a chicken with  root vegetables ..that will be roasted

In the picture on the right I  will be placing the pizza on the floor of the Roasting Oven (right picture). It makes  pizza crusts crispy and delicious!

     French Crepe
     


The important thingabout making a Crepe make sure the batter is smoth as silk and MELT your butter completely.

I find that using a hand blender at the end is critical
 in achieving a fabulous tasting crepe.

Making a Crepe with an AGA on a Bake-O-Glide sheet is a breeze!

wine and cheese, squash, roasted zucchini and mushrooms

Assorted Salad Creations

                        

   Grilled shrimp, avocado and kale   salad with orzo pasta





I cooked the Fiddle Heads with

 Sea Salt

 Butter

 Olive Oil

 Canola Oil

 Fresh local Garlic

 Vadalia Onion

 Cooking Wine & Lemon

(Remember to boil first..... then pan FRY)

Kale Salad
with heirloom tomatoes, olives & assorted vegetables

        


These salads where absolutely wonderful. I think adding some pasta in a salad can be a great way to enhance it and it tastes delicious!
