Book Signing

 In the left picture I am doing a live demonstration, where I am illustrating why this AGA is so unique and incredible. Part of this demonstration consisted of me showing potential clients how this range works by cooking things while they were watching.

In the right picture I am making Crepes on the Bake-O-Glide (Silicon Sheet) on the AGA's simmering plate. I am demonstrating this brilliant way of cooking to my client in this picture. The  oval dish on the right of the sheet is the crepe sauce I am making. This sauce is being created on the Boiling Plate.
