My culinary journey  began  in Oxford England when I was a teenager living abroad, while attending The Oxford boys' School.
I remember vividly that exceptionally cold, dreary rainy day. I knew that the only warmth that I would be feeling would be coming from our AGA Cooker stove.

My mom had decided to make Julia Child's "Boeuf Bourguignon" in the AGA Cooker. I had enjoyed this dish many times before but there was something unique and different this time around when I tasted it. When it came from the AGA Cooker it was simply better!

This clear improvement of the taste led me to believe that not all stoves are created equal. From this point on I was intrigued and inspired by cooking and its complexities, and this lead me on my culinary journey.

I have now created more than 50 of my own recipes; and have trained clients on how to cook with some of the world's highest end stoves and cookers. I have trained staff in Toronto, Montreal and New York and cooked for their events.
I  have even cooked for the president of AGA.

I did all of the event  planning for our La Cornue opening and have met and worked with several of the following celebrities: Debbie Travis of "Painted House", Lynda Reeves of House & Home, chefs from TV shows on The Food Network such as; Massimo Capra (Restaurant Makeover), Anna Olson(Sugar), and Christine Cushing (Fearless In the Kitchen) (OWN).

Recently Martha Stewart visited The Delicious Food Show in Toronto and came to our AGA booth because of our advanced promotions. Then she spoke about the new AGA at the show and even put her picture with the AGA on her blog.

I have recently branched out and created numerous marketing materials for
http://www.aga-ranges.com/buying-an-aga/where-to-buy.aspx ,http://www.lacornue.com/ca/dealer-locator/la-cornue-dealer-locatorand   http://www.grange.fr/grange/easysite/grange/us/where-to-buy.

I have newly discovered the joys of photographing food, and  use these pictures for marketing. The one thing that has become very apparent to me is that through cooking can come self-discovery.

I am not sure where this culinary journey will lead me,  but I am very excited to find out, and I hope that you will be able to join me.
