Assorted Salad Creations










                        




   Grilled shrimp, avocado and kale   salad with orzo pasta




I cooked the Fiddle Heads with
 Sea Salt
 Butter
 Olive Oil
 Canola Oil
 Fresh local Garlic
 Vadalia Onion
 Cooking Wine & Lemon

(Remember to boil first..... then pan FRY)







Spinach Chicken and Fiddle Head Salad




          




Kale Salad
with heirloom tomatoes, olives & assorted vegetables
        


These salads where absolutely wonderful. I think adding some pasta in a salad can be a great way to enhance it and it tastes delicious!

with Portobello mushroom, mango & whole wheat pasta
(dressing spicy and sweet)

     with cold Roasted     vegetables & Radicchio, cremini mushrooms, tomatoes and radishes

  1. The salad at the bottom of this blog page was delicious! I added some cold roasted mini potatoes to the salad and it was a stroke of genius!
