As you can see by now, I really love creating dishes that are colourful.
I dont know for sure why I enjoy cooking in this manner; however, I can say that the result is pretty delicious!
My AGA Demonstration
In the left picture is my; AGA Pizza, my trade mark rainbow trout dish, and a chicken with root vegetables ..that will be roasted
In the picture on the right I will be placing the pizza on the floor of the Roasting Oven (right picture). It makes pizza crusts crispy and delicious!
